When the Court announces the verdict, I feel like falling too violently in love. This kind of butterflies in the abdomen. It is only from the last sentence of the operative part that we find out what the General Court has decided. The reading of the judgment is that the General Court first reads a number of formalisms. Time is then long, and everyone then stands apart from the General Court. On one occasion, the Supreme Court was to answer a LEGAL QUESTION asked by the Court of Appeal. There were many German companies in the case that had words such as Unternehmung, Bau in their names, and all of these names were multi-member. In addition to the parties and participants, the entire class of students who had just come to the judicial lesson was also present in the courtroom. In the end, the Judge began to read the ruling, which was full of German words, and especially often Unternehmung.

The court also declared a silent “h” and declared: “Supreme Court after hearing the case: from the APPLICATION: Bau Umbau Company, Bau Produktionsbetrieb Company, Unternehmen Bau Company, Fima Vorgan Operation Bau, AGAINST: Unternehmung Aufzug, Unternehmung Company and with PARTICIPATION: Meisterwerk Betrieb Bau Bebau Company, Aufzug Unternehmung, The students were already drilling. Finally, the General Court read a thicket of German names and announced that it had decided: ‘REFUSE TO ANSWER THE QUESTION ASKED’.
