Nature

Next to the word THEORY, the second word I most often heard in lectures on civil law was the word CHARACTER. The legal nature of the power of attorney and the order, the legal nature of the transfer of ownership, the legal nature of the transfer, the legal nature of the transfer, the legal nature of the transfer and so on. When the lecturer asked himself aloud, “What is the legal nature of the transfer of claims”, it was a nail in the coffin of my little hope that I might be able to understand something.

The transfer itself was difficult as hell. And here’s the question of what its legal nature is. It turned out that the legal nature is as much as the similar characteristics and distinguishing features of THE TRANSFER compared to (a) other legal phenomena I (called legal institutions) and (b) a certain model legal phenomenon. The legal nature of a legal institution is similar to the characteristics of STASIA TARKOWSKI compared to: (a) other persons (e.g. KALI) and (b) a certain model man. Of all the things I’ve been taught in college, asking about the LEGAL NATURE of everything I encounter in practice is one of the most important questions I can ask and answer. This is what ANATOMY is.

There are probably few TOOLS equally valuable.
