Not all for sale

During my studies in the lecture on copyright, I was surprised that personal copyright is inalienable. I wondered why. Why can’t you dispose of authorship for a song. Maybe if the author had sold his authorship, it would have been a kind of lie agreement. So maybe that’s why – I guessed? But it didn’t make sense, because from the movies I knew there was such a thing as ghost writing. Well, unless in Polish law ghost writing is prohibited. But after all, the authorship of a work is not a document, so there can be no question of forgery. Why, then, can’t you sign a work with any name, if not yours, if only the author and the other person agree to it?

Copyright is not my domain, except for the necessary superficial knowledge of the copyright of a construction project. These rights are extremely impractally regulated and interpreted in Poland. The last amendment to the building law introduced the possibility of transferring the decision of the building permit, only on the basis that the owner of the property has changed. But about the consequences that this can and should have for the copyright to the construction project, the Legislature probably did not think at all. So copyright regulation is even more impractical than it was?
