Precision

College examiners, judges and BEAUTIFUL WOMEN like precise language. All intricate thud can go in vain when precision fails us in the first or last sentence. Jerzy Pilch described it brilliantly in the story “The most beautiful woman in the world”. Pilch knew this woman only from television. He never met her and saw her LIVE. However, he noticed this woman once at some summer garden banquet. So he began to move surreptitially towards her, turning smaller and smaller circles.

Once he was right next to her, he tried to establish a conversation with the MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD, which he had seen only on TV before and never LIVE. So he said, “I’m glad I see you ALIVE.” Then the most beautiful woman in the world replied to J. Pilch, “I am also glad to see the LORD ALIVE.”
