A judicial process is a RETROSPECTIVE AND LOGICAL EXPLANATION of decisions and events that have occurred in the past. The left hemisphere of the brain is responsible for LOGIC and SPEAKING; the right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for space management and emotions. THE LEFT HEMISPHERE logically explains the behavior that initiates and registers the RIGHT HEMISPHERE.
When the connection between the hemispheres is BROKEN or DISTURBED, a person (his left hemisphere) can very quickly come up with and give a logical justification for his behavior. Example: A card with the words “STAND UP” was shown in the field of view of the left eye to a person with a CUT CONNECTION between the hemispheres. This command recorded the rights of the hemisphere and the person stood up. When she was asked why she got up, the person (her left hemisphere) gave the following explanation: “TO STRETCH THE BONES”.
This raises the question: TO WHAT EXTENT DO RETROSPECTIVE JUSTIFICATIONS SHOW THE REAL MOTIVES AND REASONS FOR THESE ACTIONS. It is not inconceivable that some part of the textbooks of history and court judgments are only bone-cutting by historians and lawyers. Perhaps this is what explains that experts can RETROSPECTIVELY LOGICALLY EXPLAIN why Rome collapsed and there was an attack on the CAPITOL, but they can’t logically predict it.
