One of the most important mental authorities of the litigator is IMAGINATION. It is probably no coincidence that lawyers by training are the most represented among writers. W. Gombrowicz graduated from the court application, but probably never spoke about the nature of the law, although he was an excellent philosopher. B. Leśmian was a notary and the only writer I know who lamented that …. he is not appreciated as a lawyer.
I think Leśmian – with his imagination – would be an outstanding processioner, but notary. Perhaps the most prominent lawyer was Mr Kafka, who could not stop being a writer when he wrote reports as a health and safety lawyer. His reports on OSH in the factories he visited were reminiscent of stories: he wrote in these reports about “avalanches of falling objects, workers falling from ladders in avalanches”, etc. Kafka’s superiors caught a blind eye.
Imagination is an extremely mysterious phenomenon from the perspective of psychology, but even more so ONTOLOGII. What is IMAGINATION in the structure of reality? After a long search, I found the most insightful answer in ARABIC PHILOSOPHY, which began with onology from the imagination. European philosophy dealt with this question rather marginally.
