If the postman does not find the recipient, he leaves a MESSAGE called AWIZO in his mailbox. This whizz has the power of an authentic instrument. This means that it is considered true and proved with this whizz that the postman has experienced six things:

  1. he did not find the addressee
  2. threw the visa into the recipient’s box
  3. threw the visa in the date he entered in the visa
  4. made an annotation about the fact that he threw the visa
  5. he carried this annotation on the post
  6. he put an annotation in the COMPARTMENT.

If the addressee does not report for the SHIPMENT within 7 days from the date of application to the mailbox, it is presumed that the shipment has been delivered. This presumption can be rebutped, that is, evidence can be made in court that the VISA is untrue. It must then be m.in. postman and the testimony must show that it was LIKELY that, in this particular case, the VISA COULD HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED.

So the agents (P.) asked the postman (L.) questions like this: P. – do you remember that you put an annotation for the visa in the COMPARTMENT. L. – yes. Q. – do you remember which COMPARTMENTS. L. – well, yes. Q. – could it have been that you had annotated another compartment. L. – but which compartment do you ask? Q. – and these were other compartments? L. – well, yes. Q. – where did you annotate? L. – to what always.
