Squadron 303

In “Squadron 303,” which we discussed in fifth or sixth grade elementary school as a reading, I read that the pilot of a downed plane sees his whole life in one split second, as if in one flute. I wondered how it was possible. How can you see your whole life in one flash. This would have to occupy a very large area.

Even God – I think – cannot pursue everything at once, only in a certain order. At least in this physical world. This is, according to Mr Whitehead, the aspirations never end and are not temporary.
You can save the entire history in one book and close it. It will not be the same as the actual story. But it won’t be the same as any story. How is it possible that time can be encased in letters, and then imagine it. What ontologically is imagination – this question, once very much affered me. I couldn’t find an answer anywhere. Until I found: in medieval Arabic philosophy. I was all the more surprised by this. I will return to this topic. Imagination is a very important mental power for the procession. Almost as important as for a painter.
