Legitimacy to process (the second year of study)

In my first year of study, I bought four extraordinary books in a bookstore in Katowice near the Main Railway Station: “Logic” – T. Kotarbiński and three toms: “Commentary on KPC” – J. Jedliński, Z. Resich, T. Ereciński. When I was in my second year of college, my dad had a case in the employment court about reinstatement. So I opened the third tom of the comment, which I bought a year earlier and started reading.

I read that the first thing the court does in the employee case before the start of the hearing is to determine whether the employee has legitimacy to stand trial. I had a swimming id card and a scouting card. So I went to my dad and started questioning him, “Dad, do you already have legitimacy to trial.” Dad answered this question: “What legitimacy?” I said, “Well, I don’t know. But I know they won’t let you go to trial without that legitimacy.”

However, I remembered the concept of PROCESS ID well in my second year of study.
