Caution

There are many types of CAUTION: caution in handling the current, caution in taking summer baths, caution in moving cars. In road traffic, the principle of limited confidence is still an element of caution. In accordance with this principle, we must take into account that other participants in the movement can behave carelessly. The highest degree of caution is characterized by the so-called PROCESS CAUTION. It consists in the fact that I have to take into account that:
(a) the COURT will behave differently from the provisions or case law
(b) the OPPOSING PARTY will behave differently from the regulations and my assumptions
(c) the witness will testify something different than he said or wrote earlier
(d) the CLIENT will behave differently or testify differently than previously explained
(e) I MYSELF will behave differently than I should.

Being careful with yourself means that THE PRAWN MUST HANDLE HER OWN MIND WITH CARE. So, even if I am quite convinced that the court will not take into account an argument, but this argument is favourable to my case, I am still so raise this argument, even though I have the impression that such behaviour looks like I am a bit ina reason.
