A judicial process is referred to as a PEACEFUL DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHOD. Physical violence is not used in the judicial process, but there is PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE UNDERSTOOD AS: INFLUENCING THE OTHER PARTY’S THOUGHT PROCESSES. In my experience, I believe that this has the worst effect in DIVORCE CASES (i am not generally ingesting such cases).

From little experience, however, I believe that in divorce cases there should PROBABLY be forced MEDIATION, because divorcees are exposed to enormous stress, and the JUDICIAL PROCESS can exacerbate this stress to the limits requiring the help of a therapist. But as I say, this is not my field, so I can be wrong. What is THE ECONOMIC STRATEGY? There are three strategies:
(a) WAIT AND NEVER ATTACK (AIKIDO)
(b) wait to watch and ATTACK A BUG in defense of your opponent (japanese strategy as: O MITSUKERU)
(c) always ATTACK, the best example of which is ONE-EYED Yagyu Jubei.

Jubei in a showcasing duel against SIEDMU AT ONCE representatives of other schools: two cut off his hands, one head, and four ESCAPED. Fortunately, the court process is not about that, but the outcome of the trial is that someone loses property or other goods. So the strategy everyone has to choose for themselves.
