Climbing

Practicing lawsuits can be compared to mountaineering in that the process of climbing to the top itself is difficult and unpleasant. It can be pleasant only if we give it the right meaning. And mountaineers are the best proof of that. There is no other way to enjoy the processes like knowingly liking difficulties. Those who climb in the mountains do so because the mountains are. And only because. The same is true of those who climb the processes. Processes are, and typing after them is a sufficient and ultimate sense. There doesn’t have to be anything beyond that. In addition to the truth. Overcoming difficulties develops us and teaches us to rely on ourselves (self-reliance), whose education is a source of irreplaceable pleasure. We can read about it with R. W. Emmerson, as well as with the Masters of Zen. We can only experience this through practice. There is also a second way: it consists in a sterily repetition of prayer in the hope that we will experience enlightenment in this way, effortlessly. However, the latter path is linked to the risk of us being the victim of a “demon”. I think Professor B. Lewaszkiewicz-Petrykowska knew this very well. Because she kept admonishing us not to do anything “to knock back”.
