Rules and Niche

It was so strange that when I was in college, there was an era of sensational court thrillers in cinemas. I’d rather not have become a lawyer from the trials if it weren’t for those videos and rules that appealed to me from these videos:

  1. “My Cousin Vinny” (do not be afraid to ask the court and you need to know the court procedure – “we are in Ala-Fucking-Bama”; I learned by heart KPC);
  2. “Philadelphia” (my favorite rule – tell me all this so that my 13-year-old daughter understands it);
  3. “People of Honor” (you must enter the witness on honor, ambition);
  4. “Amistad” (knowledge of the rules does not teach questions);
  5. “Company” (you need to make an application);
  6. Erin Brokovich” (do not be afraid of thousands of pages of paper);
    And once I became godly lawyer from the trials I saw on further encouragement the best film of all:
  7. “Michael Clayton.”

Michael’s boss said to Him over the phone when Michael complained that he had not become a partner:-“Michael, you found your niche.” Niche has become my word. My niche has become un win-win processes. Processes that no one else wanted to waste time on. Garbage processes. It turned out that in a sense it’s easier to drive them: you’re not worried about losing. You have lost from the beginning.
